The terms that govern your use of the EasyRental365 platform.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EasyRental365, a platform built, developed, and operated by Oddeven Infotech Private Limited, currently running EasyRental365 as a public pilot (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using EasyRental365, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
EasyRental365 is a rental property management platform that lets property owners track properties, tenants, leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests, and lets tenants view their lease and payment information and submit maintenance requests through a tenant portal.
EasyRental365 is currently in a public pilot phase. To thank the owners who join us early, the first 999 property owners to register an account (counted in the order accounts are created) qualify as “Founding Members” and receive free, unlimited access — no subscription fees, no payment card required — for as long as their account remains active, regardless of any pricing introduced later. A live count of registered owners is shown on our homepage and available via our public API.
Once the 999 Founding Member spots are filled, we may begin charging a fee for new sign-ups. We have not finalized that pricing and will not display or apply any charge without first updating these Terms and giving reasonable advance notice. Founding Members are never retroactively charged for continuing to use the platform as described in this section. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform, or the platform as a whole, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You retain ownership of the property, tenant, lease, payment, and maintenance data you enter into EasyRental365 (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide the platform to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content and for having the necessary rights and consents to enter tenant or third-party information into the platform.
Property owners may grant tenants access to a limited tenant portal showing their own lease, payment, and maintenance information. Owners are responsible for granting and revoking this access appropriately. Tenants may only view data associated with their own tenancy.
We implement safeguards described in our Privacy Policy, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, CSRF protection, IP-based lockout, and optional two-factor authentication. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and keeping your recovery email and devices secure.
EasyRental365 is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we target high platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Disputes between property owners and tenants (such as rent, lease terms, or maintenance issues) are solely between those parties; EasyRental365 is a record-keeping tool and is not a party to any lease.
You may stop using EasyRental365 and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Oddeven Infotech Private Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We will update this section with a specific jurisdiction once EasyRental365 moves beyond its current pilot phase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and we will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
